Does Aimersoft keep backups or not? Despite a couple minor annoyances, like the software not working fully on my other computer, and the registration, I love this software. I was a little annoyed that they would offer to send your registration, but not be able to follow through in my case. I managed to find it myself on my own external hard drives. I did, and I had bought the software less than a year previously, yet they didn't have it. I looked online to see if there was anything Aimersoft could do to help, and they said you can ask for your registration. My main computer crashed a month and a half ago. For whatever reason, iTube Studio works better on different computers, even when the operating system is nearly the same. My other computer downloads a lot but chokes on Bitchute videos. It works very well on my main computer and downloads nearly everything.
I've tried iTube Studio on two computers (both have Windows 10). Before I would use a patchwork of free sites for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc., and then Wondershare AllMyTube, which didn't work out because I asked them to refund a warranty that I couldn't access and they refunded everything instead.
